My favorite place !! You can't find Cambodian foods that's better than Mitapheap. Service is fast, clean, friendly. I've been here since I was 14 years old and I'm now 47. My son and family loved it here.

Wow, wow, wow. I am so impressed with how delicious the phnom penh and fish filet (prahok). By the time I demolish all of the phnom penh, I didnt think I have room for the prahok so I snuck in a couple bites before I went back to work. Noodles were chewy, bouncy, and flavorful with bite size pieces of liver and pork throughout the dish. Prahok was very flavorful and aromatic that paired well with a side of jasmine rice. I wish they have more Cambodian restaurants in Sacramento because this type of food would be such a hit.
